  People are dedicated and service friendly, but they are way understaffed and the location is not up to Enterprise standards. Definitely a high demand area and should be locally staffed and in a better location.

  The car we picked up reeked of cigarette smoke and the perfume the branch sprayed in the car to conceal the stench. The front inside windshield was filthy and we could hardly see out of it. Had to stop and buy Windex and clean it before we could drive on. I dropped the keys on the floorboard and discovered a collection of old French fries under the driver's seat. The clerk at this office was rude about our arrival time (we were an hour late but sorry, pal, you're a car rental company and should tolerate unexpected travel delays from your customers). Finally, nobody answers the phone there or returns calls. A far cry from other Enterprise offices I have dealt with elsewhere in the country.
